(1) Appeal to Secretary of State: West Garth, Sinderby, re refusal of farmworkers dwelling.
(2) Application: Brook House, Pickhill – work on trees in garden - conservation area.
(3) Modification Application: rear of 1-2 The Cottages, Pickhill: changes to 2021 drawings.
(4) Updates on previous applications - (Highthorne Farm and Pear Tree House)
6. FINANCE
(1) Update since last meeting.
(2) Parish Precept for year 2024/2025.
(3) Grasscutting and pitch marking contract for 2024 growing season.
(4) Cutting grass splays for NYC Highways in 2024 – agreement.
